Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 13, 2026

1. Introduction

Kleore Inc. (“Kleore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Kleore platform at kleore.com and the Kleore GitHub App. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

GitHub Account Data: When you install the Kleore GitHub App, we receive your GitHub username, account ID, and organization information as provided by GitHub’s OAuth and App installation flows.

CI Workflow Data: We collect GitHub Actions workflow run metadata including workflow names, run status, duration, and timestamps. We use read-only access to Actions data only. We do not access your source code, pull request content, issues, or any other repository content.

Test Results: If you optionally upload JUnit XML test results, we collect test names, suite names, pass/fail status, and duration. We do not collect test output, logs, or stack traces beyond failure type and message.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

  • Detect flaky CI test patterns in your workflows
  • Calculate estimated costs of CI waste
  • Generate health reports and analytics for your repositories
  • Provide the Kleore dashboard and related features
  • Send notifications you have opted into (e.g., Slack digests)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your repository data and CI metrics are private to your account. Shareable reports are only accessible via unique, unguessable URLs that you choose to share.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secured, encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), secure token storage, and minimal-privilege access patterns. GitHub App tokens are short-lived and cached securely.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as the Kleore GitHub App is installed on your account. If you uninstall the app, we delete your installation data and associated repository records. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained.

7. Your Rights

You can uninstall the Kleore GitHub App at any time from your GitHub settings, which will stop all data collection. To request deletion of your data, contact us at hello@kleore.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
