Terms of Service

Last updated: March 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Kleore GitHub App or accessing kleore.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Kleore is a CI operations platform that detects flaky tests in GitHub Actions workflows, calculates their estimated cost, and provides tools to quarantine, assign, and fix them. The Service integrates with GitHub via a GitHub App with read-only access to Actions data.

3. Account & Access

You access the Service by installing the Kleore GitHub App on your GitHub account or organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. You must not share access tokens or attempt to circumvent access controls.

4. Free & Paid Plans

Kleore offers a free tier with limited features (1 repo, 14-day history, 1 user). Paid plans offer additional features and higher limits. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days’ notice. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We claim no ownership over your repository data, workflow metadata, or test results.

7. Cost Estimates Disclaimer

Cost figures displayed by Kleore are estimates based on configurable assumptions (default: 20 min CI wait + 10 min context switch at $75/hr). These are intended to help teams prioritize and are not guaranteed to reflect actual financial impact. Users can customize cost parameters for their team.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Kleore Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Kleore GitHub App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
